Max was a great trainer to engage with. Seriously coming from a “zero mobility” lifestyle, Max brought a professional, no-judgement attitude to the table. He crafted a well thought out plan for me, taking into account certain issues and limitations.
Through his positive attitude and encouragement, I was successful in my program — shedding more than 80 pounds of body fat from when I started. Under Max’ guidance, I was totally able to turn my sad physical state around for the better!!

2 Watson Pl, Framingham“I was once a swimmer and runner, occasionally hit the gym (without really knowing what I was doing), ate well enough (so I thought), and stayed fairly thin throughout most of my 40s. Then the pandemic hit, family obligations became more of a focus, and I crossed the line into my 50s. I had put on 25 pounds in a few short years and found it difficult to motivate. Feeling sorry for oneself without the motivation to facilitate change was not a happy place to be.In August 2023 I tore myself from the couch and visited Impact, not really knowing what to expect. I met Coach Peter and felt encouraged by his enthusiasm and understanding. But what really sold me was finding a community of like-minded folks from all walks of life, people who I've come to regard as kindred spirits. Coach Peter introduced me to the other coaches, Tiff and Zach, all three of whom have since turned my life on its head.It's been 7 months since I started. At 53 I've never felt better, never looked better. I've become obsessed with improving my strength, endurance, and general well-being through proper form, nutrition, breath, mindfulness - all thanks to Coaches Peter, Tiff, and Zach. Ongoing assessments, workshops, motivating emails and texts, the encouragement of others in the Impact community... I could not have asked for more.I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Impact. An easy 5 stars.“

I wanted to start exercising regularly, so I came in and talked to Brad, the owner, and he was so informative and kind and didn’t give the “gym bro” vibe that I dread at all.I started working out in the small group trainings that they offer and was astonished by how much I loved it!You do 50 minute session where you spend 9 minute on each station and this makes time fly by so fast and makes you stronger without you even noticing! It’s crazy.I wish I was still living in Waltham to come here because ever since I left I haven’t had the same fun relaxed experience at a gym.“

She has helped me strengthen specific muscle groups which has resolved my knee and lower back pain. She has extensive knowledge of anatomy and exercises. She helps me correct my positioning so that I get the best workouts possible. She is always able to adapt exercises to accommodate my body and has put together a training program for me that I can easily continue at home. Laura is so kind and she makes exercising fun! Often I am laughing during my workouts making the time fly by! I highly recommend giving intuitive wellness a try! You can’t go wrong with any of the trainers or specialists!!!
