I have also had elective surgery for rotator cuff, broken collar bones, fractured ankles, pulled muscles and left and right hip replacements along with lower back pain and whiplash from a recent car accident.. I have always been successfully treated by Lynne King, or a member of her Professional Staff at the Longfellow Holistic Health Center. She evaluated my condition, talked with me about my pain and work tolerances and my near term ambitions, and crafted an approach tailored to me. She adjusts that approach at each appointment, ensuring that I continue to make progress. She clearly knows her stuff, and regularly offers suggestions and gentle pushes that move my recovery forward. I’m currently biking and jogging way ahead of the timeline I thought I was dealing with, and expect to be running for real in short order. I wish there were more than five stars available.“

“I have had numerous injuries over the years including ACL surgery and I have been to many physical therapists. Nowhere have I received the quality of treatment I received at CATZ PT. Laura and her team is so knowledgeable and personable that they make the process of rehab almost enjoyable. I am an avid tennis player and skier who likes to pursue my passions at a high level. CATZ PT has allowed me to get back on the slopes and on the court quickly and stronger than I was before. At other physical therapy offices I have felt like I was a number as they rushed me through my treatment and got me out the door quickly so they could fill the table...usually in about 30 minutes. At CATZ PT, they will spend as much time with the patient as necessary. Rather than just treating the symptom or injury site, they look at my whole body and understand what it is that caused the injury. One time I had an awful pain on the top of my foot and could not run on a tennis court. Within two weeks, Laura fixed the problem (giving me exercises to do at home) and I was back playing tennis and have not had a problem since. “I'm a personal trainer who sought Melissa DelRossi's help in November 2017 after a debilitating hamstring tear. She was instrumental in decreasing my pain and swelling, advising me on next steps, and finding the right surgeon to reattach my hamstrings. After surgery I continued with PTAoC and worked with Melissa for nearly a year. Her positivity and good judgment saw me through small gains like fully straightening my leg and sitting upright to bigger ones like walking, stair climbing, and ultimately, exercise again. Her sense of humor and ability to connect could distract me from discomfort or focus me on exercise when each were needed. When my patience wore thin and I thought I would never be well again, Melissa reminded me with a calm and quiet confidence not to rush my healing or compare myself to others, but to do my best achieving my own goals.
