I was left alone with a student for the majority of my eval appointment, who asked me to do certain moves that left with me with crippling pain. Before I went in for eval, I was in pain but not this much. Literally every step I take hurts now. I called the office and was told it was normal and put ice on it. It is definitely not normal when the pain wakes you up at night. Ended up cancelling all my appointments. Beware if you think an actual PT will be reviewing your treatment. I spoke with her maybe for 5 mins at most. Rest of the time it was student who determined what the treatment should be. I have nothing against students training for their professions but they should not be left alone with a patient who is in pain. 2/5 because front desk folks were super nice.

I had a great experience here. I came in with the usual assortment of age 60+ woes -- lower back and ab soreness that wouldn't go away. They gave me a set of targeted exercises that I could do at home with what I had there and I'm quite happy with them. I worked with 3 different PTs during my various sessions and all were great. I hope I don't have to return but if I needed PT again, I definitely would. Thanks everyone.

Staff on site are tremendous; therapist was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Best PT experience I have had.Billing department is awful. Constant reminders about payment when I haven't even received a bill. Seeming inability to credit payments made to my account correctly. Online portal doesn't show full billing history. Beware the hassle.
