Dr. Alexa Shea relieved my neck pain from a small injury. I was in so much pain, and she was the only thing that I found relief from. Medications and massage were not helping much at all. Her experience and knowledge are unmatched and she shows true care for her patients. I highly recommend her for any of your chiropractic needs.

Alexa did an amazing job with my hip pain in late pregnancy. It really helped me out and made the pain less frequent. At no point was I uncomfortable and she offered a special pregnancy pillow for me to lay on. She’s a sweetheart.☺️

In short, Dr. Shea helped me get back to a point where I could get under the weight again. With her knowledge and willingness to spend the mental time needed to figure out the problem, I was able to squat and deadlift again (in the short-term) and design a program to continue making gains (in the long-term). I came to Dr. Shea with a nerve-related injury after struggling to self-diagnose and work effectively with a local PT. I'm a powerlifter and was experiencing a strange numbness that would only present itself under heavy loads and at key points in movements. I decided to visit a Chiropractor by recommendation of a PT friend (not the person treating me). I chose this particular practice because I felt that at a self-owned practice, the practitioner is highly encouraged to provide the utmost attention to detail -- and I was right. Unlike other visible injuries, we're constrained by what I choose to convey as a patient and Dr. Shea's ability to 'feel' out potential problem areas. I'm beyond grateful of our ability to hypothesize together, test, and focus in on the root cause. Over multiple sessions with her, I was able to get to a place where I was comfortable under light load. Taking my responsibility to test movements and collect information allowed us to hone in on where the true underlying cause existed. We now have a good idea of which nerve is being compressed, where in the squat and deadlift movements is it being agitated, and how/why is my movement causing the unintended compression. Through that, I'm now back to the gainz with a plan to correct deficiencies and enter competition stronger than before. Thank you, Dr. Shea.
