In terms of pricing, it is reasonable, I appreciate the treatment and prices so much so to drive out of my way +35 without traffic.
Highly recommend!“

She was able to remove tarter from her teeth and save me hundreds that my vet wanted to charge me for removal.I will definitely bring my girl back.I definitely recommend this place.“

434 Common St, Belmont“Earlier this week I had a family Wake and Funeral to attend. It was going to be too much to drop my dog off and pick him up in the allotted timeframe. They rescheduled me for a few days later. They asked me about my family member and expressed sympathy over the phone. Come to Saturday, I drop my dog off to be groomed. The girl who took my call a few days earlier pulled me aside and asked me about my family member. The amount of empathy and kindness that the workers have at this shop is astounding! They love and care for your pet and their clients. They genuinely care. They are so busy and I knew it wouldn't be convenient or easy to reschedule me so soon and didn't expect them to, but they made it happen. I wish I could give them 10 stars! They are great people and do a fantastic job!!“

1046 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington“Our dog LOVES Go Play! We did puppy and basic obedience courses there and she goes weekly for daycare. When they open the door for her to come in our dog runs in and doesn’t look back! Go Play was also super helpful and supportive when we were going through behavioral issues with our dog. They’re so fantastic!“

They take the time to get to know each dog's personality and needs, pay attention to details and are gifted and artful groomers. The vibe is warm and friendly and the owner is clearly committed to creating a hospitable and professional environment. I completely trust these folks with my dog and am in awe of how good he looks each time I pick him up.“

153 North St, Lexington“Virginia took great care of my sometimes reactive Pekingese during grooming. The set up of the facility helps maintain the calmness of the dogs. It was refreshing to not hear the dogs (from daycare) barking. My dog seems to really like Virginia and he was not whining or scurrying out of the place like he usually would. I’m so glad I found her and will be using her services regularly! Thank you so much!!“
“This review is long overdue! Janelle is amazing with every dog, including mine! I have been taking Rainier to her for last 2.5 years now. What I love about her and this place is that she doesn’t take all dogs at the same time and keeping them for 6+ hours (yes, I have been to many groomers in last 5 years) and she is fast and efficient- Rainier is out within 1.5 hrs max looking dapper every time ?“

Tammy has also provided grooming services that has been super helpful for a tantrum prone corgi. Great value and I know Momo is being well taken care of every time he goes“

28 Washington St, Natick“I love Metro Pets. They are always on time. And they return my precious standard poodle on time and beautifully groomed with a call 15 minutes in advance. Madison is a highly skilled groomer and she and Willow are a lovely match. I highly recommend Metropets. Not all groomers can handle a standard poodle cut that looks like a poodle but not too frooffy. Willow and I love Madison and Metropets.“

They are treated well attended to rather than in big grooming companies and the dogs are given space and a treat at the end for their good work! The owner is super nice and the price is super affordable definitely recommending to friends!!!“

150 Belgrade Ave, Boston“The entire team at Ruff Translating are beyond incredible. They really are “fluent in dog.” When I started my service dog training journey, I was completely overwhelmed and wondering what I’d gotten myself into. At no point will I pretend that training your own service dog is an easy undertaking. It takes consistency, persistence, and the ability to take constructive advice from people who know what they’re doing. In the year that I’ve worked with Ruff Translating, Apollo has completely transformed. I never imagined that we’d ever get to where we are now as a team.Ejay, Kim, and Michelle put so much time and effort into personalizing training plans for every individual team. The weekly report cards and homework are the perfect framework that I needed to get to where Apollo and I are now. I thoroughly appreciate the direct communication, and clearly outlined expectations for handlers and dogs alike, as it’s made navigating this process of owner training so much more manageable! These wonderful humans truly care about each and every one of the teams that walk through their doors. I’ll continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone who stops to compliment me on how incredible Apollo’s behavior is.“

“Petco Vaccination clinic, it was way better than when we went to a Vetco Clinic. A lot cheaper and the folks were really AWESOME at the Waltham store.
Vetco, different story. They messed my dog up and I'm still waiting on what you all are going to do. You say he has Lyme after a blood test, then, you give him meds and shots, i paid a lot of money. You schedule a follow up for 10 days later for what you said was his final Lyme shot but i went there for nothing because you were closed that day. You get that? You have me come back on a day your closed lol. So, i had to go back the next day, when i got there i was told i can't see the vet today. Well, before i left i seen the SO-CALLED VET LOL. Now i was told he doesn't have lyme and doesn't need the final shot. I'm really mad at this point. How do you not know what is going on? I still don't know if he has it or not because i can't afford to have him retested cause i have no money left. Ive called them and they won't talk with me and never call me back. What are you hiding? Now i know why my best friend Wesly was treated so bad and for something he didn't have. They don't care, if they did, we wouldn't have been treated like that and they would have at the least call me.
2 employees in the store part of the business heard my mouth and the commotion and after i left they came to me and confirmed how bad they are there. They told me they would never bring their pets there. Never going back nor is anyone i know ever going back after my poor pup was handled like a piece of meat for them to make money. I will never let this go and will keep telling everyone, until they make it right. I'm at the dog parks several times a day telling everyone. They won't even contact me.
I used my disability money for that you know. You don't love animals, and you robbed me, a disabled person. So sad!
Have a blessed day, and my dog Wesley, forgives you.
I DON'T
