I highly recommend this company! I’ve been a customer for many years. The office staff is very professional and responsive to every need. Over the years I’ve had some emergencies at my commercial property and my residence First Energy came running to my rescue. The level of professionalism is unmatched. They are quick to solve issues and their prices are very fair. I’m thankful I found them and recommend you call them now before the winter rush. You will not be disappointed!!!

Just had service with First energy and can't be more pleased we have elderly family members here which I explained they got out to us so fast and I could see just how knowledgeable the technician was since I grew up in the heating industry. They got our heat going in an instant and we were back to normal within a couple of hours this we all know is a miracle during the cold months. Thank you to the girl that helped me schedule she was beyond friendly and understanding of our situation and made sure we got the job done as quickly as possible! Some of the best service I have probably ever had and I'll never forget b! You've esrned a customer for life like it or not!

I just bought a house and called on First Energy to perform a tune up on my furnace and make sure all of the radiators were functioning properly. Antonio was the service technician. He arrived on time, was highly professional and took the time to go with me to each radiator to confirm it was working and how each one worked. He confirmed how much oil I had left so I could order. So far, my experience is really good with First Energy. I noticed a bit of bad reviews which luckily I didn't experience. However, I just ordered oil to be delivered tomorrow and will add a new review on that experience, hopefully it will be as good as today's service.
