“Today was my second time going to precision vision in Townsend. Both experiences have been so wonderful. The woman who is typically at the desk is incredibly kind and patient with every client that comes in. Over a year ago the gentleman who did my eye exam was so knowledgeable. And today , the gentleman (who I believe is the owner of the business) was just as wonderful. I needed new glasses and the first pair he picked for me was perfect. Tried on a bunch to see what I liked but he just knew what would work! Anyone who has an appointment at this location is sure to have a pleasant experience! They know their stuff.“

And just the other day, after they closed, but were still there, I frantically knocked on the door because I lost one of the nose pads on my glasses, and I was headed out for a 2 week vacation! “Had to get an emergency appointment for my right eye. Wasn’t sure if it was infected so called the Gardner office they were polite and helpful and said something about Athol but then I said what about the office at the old Kmart plaza so she looked and there was an appointment. Got there and was taken fairly quickly the doctor came and said that it was a tear duct plug that had popped up and was scratching my eye so she removed it. Feels much better niw“
