It was a little different not what I am used to. It was a virtual office and not a physical doctor so you have to rely on the technician. Fortunately my technician was competent and did a great job. I will go back again next year to give it a couple years to grow on me. So far I was satisfied with the process and the doctor really listened to me.
Great experience at the Vision center. The exam was professional & thorough. Lisa was polite, knowledgeable and relaxed. The virtual Optometrist was a new experience & went well. Stephan explained all the options with my glasses. He was knowledgeable, polite and humorous..I highly recommend the vision center!
Always great service. We go often to get glasses adjusted or fixed- Stephen always takes care of us and gets us up and running again. We have now switched to getting our eyes exams here as well.
