“I cannot begin to say how thorough and professional this company is under Paul. We had our residential roof replaced and Paul helped us from the start to choose the type of roof and color.A leak developed by the chimney and Paul responded extremely fast. After two attempts to fix the issue, Paul's team suspected that the chimney repointing and sealing was the cause. His team conducted an investigation of the brickwork and the chimney cap and photographed areas where they believed were missed by the company who sealed and repointed the chimney. They proved this by covering the chimney brickwork in a plastic tarp.Two reasonably heavy periods of rain resulted in no leaks indicating faulty repointing work. The chimney brickwork is still covered by the tarp until repointing can take place.Paul stands by his work and has been nothing but responsive and helpful. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his work and have full confidence in their results.“

“We got two quotes to replace our 20+ year old roof as well as the gutters and skylights. The first company (large regional company) sent out a sales person who put on a 60-minute sales pitch after only ever looking at the roof from street level. Universal Roofing was the second company to come look. Igor up was walking on our roof within 2-minutes of arriving for the quote and took a bunch of pictures to point out a few issues we didn't know we had. The quote was slightly less than our expectation (and significantly less than the other company) and Igor answered every question that we had. He also revised the estimate to include some additional small items we requested at no extra cost (another unexpected surprise). We felt confident in Universal Roofing and cancelled other scheduled quotes.Scheduling for the work was quick, workers were on time and worked fast, and the clean up was pretty thorough. Igor was very communicative through the whole process (which only took a day and a half), sent multiple pictures of the work in progress, and addressed all questions very quickly. There was a minor potential issue with the gutters and he sent the crew back quickly to address it after we notified him.Time will of course tell how well the roof/gutters/skylights hold up, but there is a 10-year workmanship guarantee and Igor genuinely seems like he stands by his work/crew. “I just recently used Wicked Smart Exteriors to replace a roof and gutters on my property. I did some pretty extensive price shopping and ultimately Ryan was willing to work with me and find the right price. Ryan was incredibly easy to work with right from the start. He was responsive via email and phone and never once was pushy.During the installation, I noticed a few things that needed to be fixed and Ryan and his team were able to resolve them without an issue. After they completed the job, I noticed one of the exhaust vents on the roof was slightly slanted and I waited to pay them until that was completed. They were able to get to it within the week when the weather permitted and resolved the issue.What was most incredible to me was that most contractors finish the job and barely even give you the time to inspect the work. Ryan was not pushy at all for payment and was professional throughout the entire process. On top of all of that, their quality of work seemed really great.
