“This was my introduction to yoga. I took my very first class here about a month ago when I first became interested in yoga. Looking back on it, it probably wasn't a great idea to jump into a one and a half hour hot yoga class for my very first session as I struggled to keep up and was sweating like crazy, but despite all of that, I still loved it and have been doing hot yoga classes ever since at a studio closer to my house. The staff working here are very kind and friendly and were there at the beginning of class welcoming everyone. Even though I couldn't keep up with the class, I was never made to feel uncomfortable about it. The instructor was great at teaching the yoga class. Overall a great yoga studio for anyone in the Bristol area!“

“STF is the best gym I have joined. I have been a member for 15 years. I love Zumba & muscles in motion. There is a full schedule for each month, which includes specialty classes. They have a spin room, an aerobics room, locker rooms, etc. It is very clean & the owners always keep up the gym. There is plenty of parking, which makes it easy to drive up & run in. There is towel service & childcare for those who need it. Ryan makes the best protein shakes. The team & owners are the best ! It is also very affordable. They have other locations in Dartmouth & Bristol. Take my review seriously & start working out at STF.“
