I live in a fairly large garden-style condo complex, and should I need work done, it must always be by a licensed professional. Bobby helped me with the installation of a hot water heater, a toilet, and a dishwasher. Every detail in each process was done with great care. It took a while for each installation - but he made sure everything was perfect. Time and effort, very well spent. Honest, and exceptionally fair priced too. Thank You Bobby - for everything.“

“Despite my lack of success going to Home Depot for a replacing cap for a sink pipe, we went here and even with the initial doubt they had that they would have it, they found the piece I needed. It was an amazing relief when I got home that I did not have to get a plumber to replace a pipe. “I had Tim come to my home to assess my geothermal heat pump. This summer it started leaking refrigerant and repairs had to be made twice. I had several companies come out to assess the unit and all said the 14 year old unit needed replacing. After Tim assessed the unit, he said there is no need to replace a 14 year old unit because typically they last 25 years. He told me that it can still be repaired if it breaks again. The repair would be difficult and a lot of work but it wouldn't need replacing. It makes me so happy to know there is someone willing to tell you the truth even if it makes them no money at the time. If/when my unit breaks again or needs replacing, Tim is the only person I will call! Thanks Tim!“

“A few weeks ago our water heater was leaking badly and we didn't have hot water in the house. It was a Saturday afternoon and I looked on line for plumbers in the area and found Steves company listed. I'm glad I did! He called me back promptly and asked if I could hold off until Sunday morning as he was tied up on another job. I was able to slow the leak until he came by the next day. He took a look at the job an tried his best to make the repairs but could not as the pipes were to rusted to replace. I was unable to find anyplace that I could purchase a new LP water heater in that short of time. Steve stopped the leak at no charge and recommended that we convert to an energy efficient electric unit. He provided a quote and also recommended an electrician that was needed to hook up the new water heater. He walked us thru every step of the process, showed up when he promised and all in all did a great job! He's a true professional in his trade and an overall nice guy! Thanks for a job well done Steve! I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services in their home.“
