I had Tim come to my home to assess my geothermal heat pump. This summer it started leaking refrigerant and repairs had to be made twice. I had several companies come out to assess the unit and all said the 14 year old unit needed replacing. After Tim assessed the unit, he said there is no need to replace a 14 year old unit because typically they last 25 years. He told me that it can still be repaired if it breaks again.
