Max was a great trainer to engage with. Seriously coming from a “zero mobility” lifestyle, Max brought a professional, no-judgement attitude to the table. He crafted a well thought out plan for me, taking into account certain issues and limitations.
Through his positive attitude and encouragement, I was successful in my program — shedding more than 80 pounds of body fat from when I started. Under Max’ guidance, I was totally able to turn my sad physical state around for the better!!

Coach Tiffany’s nutrition group has been wonderful and staying on point with it has made my body feel so good! This along with the workouts 5 days/week have truly helped my body be healthiest it’s been so far. In addition, Coach Tiffany is so wonderful at really giving students that special attention to make sure we are training correctly. She’s loving but tough!
Coach Zach is the one I spend the most time with as I go to 3 of his classes her week and they are awesome! He’s very encouraging and helps me through difficult moments during the workouts, which I truly appreciate. He’s knowledgeable and makes sure that we are each doing our best. His positive attitude is contagious and gets us through the workouts!
Last, but certainly not least, thank you to Coach Peter for being so accepting of how we all show up to class, I value that very much. Thank you for sharing your knowledge (with your emails!) and really showing a high level of care for all your students. And your Jordan is the icing on the cake!
The group classes are small and while each Coach brings his/her own personality and style to the training, they complement each other very well. The feeling I get after I am done with each class is what keeps me coming back!

She is always able to adapt exercises to accommodate my body and has put together a training program for me that I can easily continue at home. Laura is so kind and she makes exercising fun! He is able to get kids who don’t enjoy sports to participate in class, which is the test of a good instructor. Shihan Eric is very attentive, gives specific instructions, and approaches children in a calm and friendly but no non-sense manner.Students earn physical games at the end of class that focus on skills needed to progress in martial arts (agility, speed, coordination, etc).“

The staff is very friendly and most of them have been there for as long as I've been a patient. I never have a problem getting a visit. They do all sorts of procedures in this office which makes it like a one stop shop. I can get a simple surgical procedure or Ultrasound without the hassle of getting to the hospital.“
