My elementary school aged son just started with Sensai John a few months ago and he loves going multiple times a week. He feels "strong" and "accomplished" when he leaves class, and we enjoy watching him practice his forms while at home. Great for developing young mind, body, and spirit. Sensai John was also able to help us reinforce "control over your body" and respect of other's space which helps out in school.

KMA is a great school! John is very knowledgeable, gives insights to the why and how the various martial arts were created, and makes learning interesting. The other students are welcoming and make for a fun environment.

John Keefe is an outstanding teacher and knowledgeable in many martial arts. It is clear he is in it for the love of martial arts and his students are his priority. I have studied multiple styles with many different teachers and John is exceptional. Whether you are interested in adult or children's classes, I highly recommend him. He relates well to everyone and customizes his classes to the individual needs of his students.
