This summer we used them to help us battle the city rat situation that had gotten out of control in our backyard (over 30 burrow holes). They came and assessed our yard, talked about the realities of living in a city (We are in JP) and rats, and came up with a plan and an estimate.

Ed and his guys worked for 4 days in rain and sun, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND (but stuck to the estimate they gave us) and all rat activity has ceased in our yard.

He helped barricade and reinforce our fences, filled the burrow holes...and I check EVERY DAY and there has been no rat activity.

“Bite free for one week thanks to these people! We had come back from an European holiday and while there we had to change rooms and I thought I saw a bed bug early one morning. I didn't think much about it until coming home. After about a week, both my husband and I woke up with bites each morning. I called for a dog inspection with another company and they said I have bed bugs. Actually, turned out to be a hornet nest/hive :( as big as an NBA basketball!!!Tom P. promptly stated that he would be to our residence at 8 to allow all the insects to be inside, and remove without chaos which is exactly what occurred. “Called for an appointment to get an assessment of potential services which was a $149.00 fee in advance (seemed reasonable). Scheduled it for 1pm but things didn’t work out on that day. He got tied up with the previous job and ran later than usual. He would have been done around 3pm. (The inspection I was receiving would take about 2 hours) It didn’t seem worth the hassle of waiting around for him to arrive later so I asked for a refund. They were more than willing to do the refund but went even further to set my mind at ease for the inconvenience. Needless to say I asked for my money and ended up rescheduling for another day. The initial first two customer service calls I made to schedule the appointment were very satisfactory. Despite all that transpired and rescheduling the end result was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to the next to weeks to see the final product of the work that was done.
