“A great contractor is hard to find! We recently hired Henrique Santos of Elite Service Contractors to repair rotted wood along the house foundation, repair rot damage under the sliding glass door and to rebuild our deck. When Henrique saw the initial level of damage, he felt that other areas of the foundation should be evaluated. He found and photographed several additional areas of severe rot damage and areas where the original builder failed to add vapor barriers and drainage channels which resulted in the needed repairs. Henrique opted to repair with the Zip Wall system and this was then installed along the entire backside and a front portion of the house. Due to the amount of damage, an element of mold remediation was needed and this repair by his team was performed and passed inspection. We also had his team add rain gutters around the home. Henrique has a great eye for design too! He sent us a drawing of the new revamped deck, made suggestions on what would look good and built us a beautiful deck that matches our outdoor living space beautifully. We were so impressed with their professionalism, suggestions and attention to detail. They were always prompt, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the entire process whether in person, email or text. The repair work took many weeks, was completed on time and within budget.
