A great contractor is hard to find! We recently hired Henrique Santos of Elite Service Contractors to repair rotted wood along the house foundation, repair rot damage under the sliding glass door and to rebuild our deck. When Henrique saw the initial level of damage, he felt that other areas of the foundation should be evaluated. He found and photographed several additional areas of severe rot damage and areas where the original builder failed to add vapor barriers and drainage channels which resulted in the needed repairs. Henrique is a great contractor to work with. I spoke to him over the phone after the previous plumber could not fix my toilet due to gravels in the drain pipe. He was courteous with his the timing and commitment with his other ongoing projects, despite his tight schedule he came on time that we agreed to and explained everything they were doing while clearing my drain line to put a flange for toilet seat. More importantly, he provided an outstanding service at a reasonable costs, cleaning up well afterwards and also showing me areas needing potential replacement to avoid future leakage.I would definitely recommend him, already considering him for additional home projects...read full review

We have used Henrique for a couple jobs and have been impressed with the quality of work he has provided. When our basement flooded he came out to do some emergency work promptly and explained exactly what he needed to do to address the problem. We also had him come to do some flooring in the basement afterwards and he installed it on time as we had some time constraints. He is also very courteous and cleaned up after himself and the area.
