He gave us a time frame of when he'd start the work, started on time and finished on time. Every step of the way we knew what was going and who was going to be in our kitchen and when so we were able to plan around it. Prices were very reasonable. We added on a few extra little things, and they got done with no problems, extensions or significant extra cost. He also helped us make a case to a vendor who sold us the wrong size counter/sink combo; other contractors may have just shoved it in and grouted in then wiped his hands of the job, but here we got real advice and support. Really, we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and the whole experience!“

“Gary at Fitzpatrick roofing is hands down one of the best guys I have had the pleasure to do work with. Their company did our re-roofing for our Brownstone in Boston MA. Our old roof was done previously by them and even 9 years later when we has some leak problems he came out and did the patches no questions asked because it was still under warranty. So when it came time for a re-roof it was a no brainer to go with Fitzpatrick roofing again. He had even helped us our on gutter re-attachment and pigeon wire where other companies weren't interested because the job was too small. “Nova did a great job on my very old roof. I really appreciated how responsive Mark was in explaining venting and insulation and what needed to be done. There was an issue about the structure of my porch and Nova delayed there work and even sent a carpenter as an objective expert (he was not to be part of the roof project) to help me understand what estimates and plan was the best one for me to choose. The work was done in one day and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. I won't ever need another roof but if I did, I would not hesitate to hire Nova.“

“We hired Wood Contracting to do a major bathroom and kitchen renovation project.. The bathroom project included putting in a new acoustic dropped ceiling, new drywall, a new toilet and a new sink. They installed new vinyl tile flooring in the bathroom and kitchen. Many tradesmen were involved and Wood Contracting coordinated their activities perfectly. Brian and Mike Wood were always quick to respond to any texts from us about the project. They were also very flexible about the inevitable changes that came up.
