Fast and thorough! My boiler was acting up sporadically for several weeks, and of course single digits last week and now a major snow storm on the way, the problems decided to escalate dramatically and leave me without heat. Called first thing in the morning, and had someone out within 45 minutes. The problem was quickly diagnosed and after a run to get the right part, my system was cleaned and fully functional within a couple hours. Steve and his employee who did the repair were both polite, professional, and informative about what the problem was and why it happened. Really wish I’d saved myself some aggravation by calling them last week instead of some other guy who just shrugged and said he didn’t see a problem.
