This was just a lovely experience. Starting with Amy on the phone and finishing with Joe cleaning my sofa! Joe took the time to check out the fabric, and explained to me any problems that might come up. In the end, my couch came out looking clean and beautiful! All in all, a great experience. I would highly recommend this company!
I recently had my Ligne Roset Nomade Express sofa cleaned. I bought this sofa about 9 or 10 years ago and it had never been cleaned. It ended up at someone's house for about 6 years. There were 4 kids and when I asked for it back, it was riddled with stains - Popsicle, food, drinks, drool and God only knows what else. It's a great sofa so I knew I wanted to keep it and had to get it cleaned. I left a voice mail and they called me back! Then everything else was done through texting. YES!! After graduate school I decided to take a stab at this "adulting" thing and purchased non-IKEA Furnitures. That said, with legit furnishing comes great responsibilities.... My friend's boxer started having accidents in his sleep and it just so happened that his favorite place to sleep is on my couch.
