I called for appliance repair, and the technician arrived within the hour. He was knowledgeable and courteous, and the repair cost was reasonable. Will definitely use them again in the future

I called Eddie about a problem with the control panel my refrigerator. I had ordered the replacement part online, but couldn't figure out how to install it. Eddie came out less than two hours after I called and installed the part in a few minutes. Great service, nice guy.

Our oven decided it would stop working today, a Saturday afternoon, in the midst of this pandemic. We called thinking maybe we’ll hear from someone next week & not sure if we would even find someone willing to come. Eddie answered himself & said he would be here in an hour! He called 10 minutes out & was at our home in an hour! After assessing the problem & repairing (he actually had the needed part on hand) our oven was ready to go within just about 2 hours of our call, in time to make dinner. Exceeded our expectations! Thanks Eddie!
