I have been going to Bill at Designer Optical for 23 years, since my daughter was a toddler with strabismus in both eyes (for which she had successful surgery). Her prescriptions were quite complicated and fittings took a great deal of timeBill always made her feel comfortable and made the appointments a special occasion.I told him that she could choose her own frames from the age of three, and we talked beforehand about which ones would be best for her to select from, he was most helpful, kind and patient. After three years of wearing the same prescription, my eye doctor told me that my astigmatisms got worse in each eye, and needless to say I went right back to Bill! I went earlier in the summer to get my mom's frames fixed and I noticed a pair of frames that I loved. Bill saved those for me and ordered my prescription right away. The icon on my frames fell off a week after I got them, so I went to Bill and he got an identical pair of frames from California and fixed it for me right away. Go to him; you'll never be disappointed.

I am had some technical questions about my glasses. I walked in and Bill had a big smile and was very enthusiastic. He certainly was very helpful and got me the advice I needed. He is an expert and I appreciate knowing he's available. Bill certainly knows the business and the styles. I look forward to doing more business with him.
