“I called for a repair. The people that came were friendly and the service was good. The repair took longer than anticipated but that was fine, their goal was to get my furnace working and that is what they did. There was a mistake that they owned up to and I completely respect that, not many companies would own up to a mistake they did, they would just charge the client.“
