“This practice is amazing! I always got same day sick visits when I called first thing. The doctors are knowledgeable, kind, and patient. The nurses and doctors will take extra time to make things silly and less scary for kids. The office staff is caring and phenomenal as well! My child is always cared for here!“

“I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail provided during my visit. I had made a routine comment that I was slightly hard of hearing, and didn’t think anything of it.
At the visit I noticed that the Frances Paley, NP used a face mask with a clear window over where her mouth was. I made the comment how it was nice that I could see her mouth so I could better understand the words she was saying, as it was generally tough for me (.. like during Covid) to hear/undertand people…to which she surprisingly “thanked me for sharing earlier” as she unbeknownst to me….had proactively selected a mask to help me.

It made my whole day, and was a experience I will always remember.

OH YEAH IF YOU ARE TAKING THE MBTA JUST HAVE TO BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL CAUSE OF THE AREA IS HIGH DRUG N CRIME. BUT I DIDNT HAVE ANY ISSUES. NOBODY ASKING FOR MONEY ECT. THEY SEEM TO KEEP THERE DISTANCE. THEY DO HAVE SECURITY ON THE SCENE JUST IN CASE. OH YES THEY SLSO HAVE A VENDING MACHINE FOR SNACKS AND SODA JUICE ECT. ON THE FIRST FL. ALSO.“
