“I cannot express how happy we have been with our experience with Roslindale Pediatrics, and Dr. Chase, in particular. Both of my children have seen Dr. Chase on numerous occasions and have been consistently impressed every time. She has this incredibly natural way with children and they immediately feel comfortable and at ease with her every time. She is thorough in her assessments, clear in her communication, amazing in her follow-through. When my daughter got a severe cornea abrasion, Dr. Chase went above and beyond with quickly seeing her on a weekend afternoon and advocating for quick follow-up care at Children's Hospital--all while helping soothe my crying child and presenting information in a calm and clear manner. She leads with a respectful, thoughtful, and kind attitude and shares her medical decision making throughout every appointment we have had with her. She, along with the other staff, at Roslindale Pediatrics is why my children literally jump with joy when they have to go to the doctors. Couldn't say enough nice things!!“

“I have been going to Harvard Vanguard in Burlington for the last six years. Both myself and my kids have had very positive experiences with the medical professionals and staff here. I appreciate being able to use their app to communicate with the team, Book appointments, pay deductibles and complete electronic forms. I have leveraged the after hours consultations and even urgent cares located around the Boston area. We are now on our second primary care physician for the kids and although I still miss the original, Dr. Rosenquist who moved to one of their Boston proper locations, I am very thankful that Dr. Fung is so amazing!The only mediocre advice I have ever received from any of the staff was that I should carry all of my kids booster seats and car seats with me on an international trip. It's my fault for asking, as my conscience weighed on me that if something happened and they weren't using these safety devices that I would blame myself so I asked them for their opinion. And of course, they had to tell me based on best practice and US law so I took booster and car seats to Africa and didn't use any but the infant seat. Overall, the facility is clean and super convenient. Not only can we see our PCPs, but they have several specialists and pharmacy on site. Due to the net work of clinics, we can usually find an appointment during the same day and even over the weekends in the case of a critical issue. The only thing I would change about the appointment process is to bring back the coloring pages and crayons and the magnet for the table for the kids in the waiting area. The fish tank helps entertain but parents can use some help & coloring can be safely completed at a distance if need be.“

“This review is for a Dr. Justin Smith, who specializes in pediatric optometry. My eight year old daughter failed her eye exam at the yearly well-visit, and we were referred to this office. I just went with whomever could see us at our preferred time slot after school. We were lucky to have met Dr. Smith. He was super friendly and energetic, engaging my daughter and answering all of her questions. I'm just so happy that my daughter had such a positive experience with her first visit to an optometrist. I was impressed by his patience and energy. He also responded to all my questions with solid answers which got me thinking about my own eye care needs! We were told that we could go downstairs to the eye glass shop that same day without making a separate appointment. So, we decided to go downstairs to pick out a pair of glasses. The technician/saleslady was also very helpful, ordering the correct size frames for a specific style that my daughter wanted.“

“Boston Medical Center is ranked #2 in our state. #14 in the nation. In my personal experience and opinion, the best trauma hospital.BMC provides many services as well as resources to the community.As far as primary care goes, the hospital is not big enough for the capacity of patients it serves.Located off Massachusetts avenue "methadone mile/skid row" is outside there doors causing their emergency room to be flooded with non trauma patients(unfortunately the demographic being, homeless, mentally ill substance abusers).“

“I've been going to this office since my daughter was born. All the staff are super amazing and the doctors are very informative. They all listened to my needs and concerns and gave me the best resources. I had a chance to sit with Rosie and Ron Burnette. They were very kind and and tried to help me any way, shape and form. They took the time to listen, and was ready to jump in and take care of myrequests. I do recommend this place to new moms in the area. I'm sure the experience will be just as good as mines.“
“Dr. Gonzalez is truly a wonderful MD. He cares about you as a patient which is quite rare in medicine. He really took the time to listen to me, follow up with me, make appropriate referrals and plan of care. I also have to give a kuddos to his team/nurses at atrius health, they are all wonderful and knowledgable. It is difficult to find this level of support and care with an MD these days, highly highly highly recommend him and this practice. He has changed my life and my health and I am forever grateful!!“

“One Medical is a very professional medical practice across the street from the Porter Square T Station. My doctor always makes me feel seen and heard. She goes out of her way for me. The front desk staff are really nice too. There's only one or two people waiting in the waiting room and the entire place is spotless. It's very easy to be seen by them. You call them up usually you can be seen the next day or the day after unlike CHA when you can't be seen for months. If you're thinking of getting out of CHA try One Medical. A step up.“
