Norton Animal Hospital has been providing veterinary services to the region since 1973. The dedicated "staff family" is committed to individualized pet medical care and personalized client service. Their constant focus is on progressive medicine, provided with concern and compassion in partnership with all clients. They use a team approach to consistently care for all patients, with the goal of keeping pets healthy. They provide complete care for dogs, cats, small mammals, birds, and reptiles. Clients who had bad experiences with other vets, including the death of a 5-year-old boxer, were nervous but found comfort at NAH after their initial exam. New to the area, other clients were impressed by the welcoming staff, knowledgeable and kind vets who cared for their cats, and the clean, comfortable facilities. Clients with anxious pets, like an Australian cattle dog, praised the staff's patience and compassion, as well as their willingness to listen and address the pets' needs.
