We love Dr. Jenny and the staff. They take excellent care of our cats and the follow up is great. However, it's time to end the mask mandates and return to normal operations. We pay a lot of money for these services and I feel like a leper.

We had to put our sweet golden to sleep last week. They were all very caring and thoughtful during this traumatic experience except one. My family was gathered watching our best friend take her last breaths. We were crying and loving on her. We wore masks into the clinic and I asked if we could take them off once in the private room. I was told we could. Staff came and went and some with no mask. As my sweet dog was dying in front of us the receptionist popped in and asked us to put masks on because there were staff there that we at risk. Timing is everything. It made no sense. Maybe that staff could have stayed out of the room for two more minutes so we could grieve...read full review

I have a American Bully puppy that I decided to bring here. So happy I did. Talk about a place going above and beyond. Every person I have dealt with there has been beyond helpful. The Vets, the techs and everyone else has been amazing.
