“This is a glowing review! I've been practicing at Karuna since I moved to the area and it reopened after Covid closures in 2021. I have "shopped around" the whole valley for quality yoga instruction and Karuna is it. Paul is a wealth of knowledge and I am being genuine when I say that every class I go to teaches me something new about my body/form and I've been practicing yoga since 2008. It's truly a gem. Paul and also Suzie offer high quality classes and deep knowledge of the practice. (I don't know the other teachers well) They both have years of experience and can differentiate for any body and make everyone feel welcome and included. The studio itself is gorgeous and so conveniently located right on Main St in Northampton. I always leave feeling lighter, better, taller, and more myself regardless of what's going on in my world!“
