“Our regular plumber was not available, and after countless calls to folks that do emergency services on the weekends, Bill was the only one that answered and was actually available immediately. Our garbage disposal was clogged by a caterer after hosting an event at our home, and we were unable to do any dishes because the clog was so backed up. Bill spent a couple of hours Saturday night into well passed 10pm, and needed to come back the next day with more parts, and stayed till about 430pm on Sunday draining, and replacing pipes. If it wasn’t for him, our home would still be a disaster today. We’re so thankful he was able to resolve the issue.“

I was impressed enough to hire him for a bigger project of replacing the pluming and faucets on 3 sinks. I had very old and odd piping. He gave me a resonable quote and kept to it! It was an amazing relief when I got home that I did not have to get a plumber to replace a pipe. “A few weeks ago our water heater was leaking badly and we didn't have hot water in the house. It was a Saturday afternoon and I looked on line for plumbers in the area and found Steves company listed. I'm glad I did! He called me back promptly and asked if I could hold off until Sunday morning as he was tied up on another job. I was able to slow the leak until he came by the next day. He took a look at the job an tried his best to make the repairs but could not as the pipes were to rusted to replace. I was unable to find anyplace that I could purchase a new LP water heater in that short of time. Steve stopped the leak at no charge and recommended that we convert to an energy efficient electric unit. He provided a quote and also recommended an electrician that was needed to hook up the new water heater. He walked us thru every step of the process, showed up when he promised and all in all did a great job! He's a true professional in his trade and an overall nice guy! “I just had some plumbing work done with this company. I called early this morning (6:30). Zach called me back within a few short minutes. I was told they would see me between 10 and 2. At noonish Cooper showed up (calling ahead of time). He is very professional. Worked at replacing a small item in my toilet tank. He then looked at my two outside faucets that have been leaking. “Called Dave on a Thursday afternoon and got a call back that he would stop by the next morning. Stopped by when he said and looked at the problem of me getting very little cold water out of shower spout. Said right away that it didn't look like a valve issue so he went in the basement and followed the piping to where it went up to the shower, He found the turn off valve connection that had no turn on/off wheel and used pliers to open up the valve (was only partially open). I went back upstairs and tried the shower and got full pressure cold water!!!! I had a big plumbing outfit stop by earlier that day (charged $99 for just checking it out) and he didn't even go in the basement. He said that I needed a new shower valve and shutoff valves and quoted the job at $1525!!!!!! I thought that was a little steep!!!! Dave was here for half hour at the most and charged me only $50. I happily gave him $100!!!! He was very thankful. Great service and would recommend him very highly!!!Services: Plumbing pipe repair“
