One of the most professional teams I have worked with in a long time. From first call, during a snow storm, Cynthia took my call and listened to what was going on. Not having heat for almost a month in the middle of winter, She got me right on the schedule and Todd H came out the next day. He completed his checks, took the time to explain it to me and show me where things went wrong. Came up with a couple options and laid out a game plan on the spot. Working with Todd Hairyes is an absolute pleasure. He took on a very important project for us involving installation of floor fans to allow for our fireplace insert to heat our house, this is very important for us living in an all electric house. He then also created an exhaust ducting system for our heat pump water heater which led to a perfect cooling solution for our basement and allows the heat pump to work more efficiently in the winter by using the heat pump more than coils to heat our water.
