There’s no sense in going with one of those large companies when all they do is play numbers games, give you an unnecessarily elaborate sales pitch, and try to sell you fancy composite windows that you DON’T NEED at a ridiculously high price point.We were very pleased with our experience working with Matt. “We had a garage fire that spread into our house and caused server soot damage, resulting in the house needing to be stripped down to the studs and subfloor. We were in a state of shock. My insurance company engaged SERVpro and they came out with Cory from Pinecrest Builders. Cory from Pinecrest explained how the whole process would work if we chose to use them for the reconstruction. They would work as a team with SERVpro (would handle the mitigation and cleanup) and Cory's team would handle the reconstruction. Needless to say, working with Pinecrest Builders was the best decision we ever made. The whole team was great. Everything went as smooth as possible and we were back in our house in record time. “A great contractor is hard to find! We recently hired Henrique Santos of Elite Service Contractors to repair rotted wood along the house foundation, repair rot damage under the sliding glass door and to rebuild our deck. When Henrique saw the initial level of damage, he felt that other areas of the foundation should be evaluated. He found and photographed several additional areas of severe rot damage and areas where the original builder failed to add vapor barriers and drainage channels which resulted in the needed repairs. Henrique opted to repair with the Zip Wall system and this was then installed along the entire backside and a front portion of the house. Due to the amount of damage, an element of mold remediation was needed and this repair by his team was performed and passed inspection. We also had his team add rain gutters around the home. Henrique has a great eye for design too! He sent us a drawing of the new revamped deck, made suggestions on what would look good and built us a beautiful deck that matches our outdoor living space beautifully. We were so impressed with their professionalism, suggestions and attention to detail. They were always prompt, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the entire process whether in person, email or text. The repair work took many weeks, was completed on time and within budget. The quality of the work was exceptional and we are extremely satisfied with the results.We would highly recommend Elite Service Contractors to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor for their home improvement needs.“
