“I have nothing but high regards for this practice. I have been many times but today I returned with a chronic problem that was not treated by a lengthy visit to a local ER a few weeks ago. Today, within one hour I was greeted, checked in, seen, treated and meds ordered within one hour. Happy to say that I already feel so much better than I did 24 hours ago. “I walk in for the first time, I was thinking that may have to way long hours, but not, people very nice, nurses do the best possible to take care of everyone at waiting area, was many patients waiting to be seeing, but nurses work good and fast, to me was better go there than to the ER at the hospital where waiting time is 12+ hours, nurse assistant was very helpful, they orders some labs, no long waiting for results, NP was very nice and explained to me my results and send me home with prescription and writing paper with instructions, and then next day they call with other results..I have a great experience, I'm so glad we have that urgent care services. “Have been there a few times and it’s easy to register online, choose your time slot and show up! The staff is respectful of patients time, wait times have been minimal, everyone has been friendly and compassionate. I knew exactly what was happening and everything was explained in detail. The took my issues seriously and worked with me to come up with a treatment plan. Would definitely go back if needed.“
