“Virginia took great care of my sometimes reactive Pekingese during grooming. The set up of the facility helps maintain the calmness of the dogs. It was refreshing to not hear the dogs (from daycare) barking. My dog seems to really like Virginia and he was not whining or scurrying out of the place like he usually would. “I have been going to Joann for over 10 years now with both of my dogs .
She is a master of her craft at grooming . Joann brings so much knowledge and expertise to all that visit her business and always has great advice on taking care of mine and others peoples pets .
I had a small Yorkshire terrier that she lovingly took care of for years and even when she was very old and not well ,Joann would go out of her way to gently bath and groom her so she could be returned home
Quickly . ( who does that ? Joann at fancy tails ). I have never forgot the lovely card she thoughtfully sent when Lucy passed away too.
When I did adopt another fur baby I didn’t think twice to call and book an appointment with fancy tails . My new boy can barely contain his excitement when I say “ we’re going to see Joann”!
He is a completely different breed ( golden doodle ) and requires a lot of grooming and maintenance . Joann has taught me which supplies ( combs , brushes etc ) are best for this breed and what needs to be done on a regular basis to keep him looking and feeling great in between appointments.
Her advice is always invaluable.

“I love bringing my Dachshund puppy to doggy daycare. Every time she comes she is always soooo happy to be there. The girls who take care of her are consistent and my pup absolutely loves them as well. She has separation anxiety usually but when it comes to going to doggy daycare she does not.“
