The staff were very friendly and one in particular was so sweet and understanding and even called a couple days later to check in on my dog! They offer pretty much all the services you would find at an emergency vet, but did end up sending me to the emergency vet after i said i wanted a second opinion. The staff seemed proffesional and knowledgeable.
Both the Dr. and her supporting staff were extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional with my pet cat during our visit on Monday. My cat CLEARLY did not want to be there, but the staff remained patient and gentle throughout our visit. Lab draws were done in a single try. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone with an anxious animal in need of well or sick visits.
Very caring staff. They were busy when I came to drop off my friend's deceased cat for cremation (I was in no rush, and appreciated the extra time caressing my friend's cat, Alex--we had a special bond).
But they kept me informed, and knew who I brought in (I had the only box without air-holes😪).
It's a small place with big hearts inside.
I will be bringing my two boys here in the future.
