“Peter Helmes has been my wonderful trainer for 6 years now, and he's kept me loose, moving, and injury free all this time. Workouts are varied, interesting, and fun. They draw on his skills in martial arts, sports, weight training, massage and massage gun use, and his knowledge of body mechanics, what happens as we age and tighten, and how to loosen and get long unused tight muscles to work and move properly again.
