Every person we worked with was caring and responsive. From my first call to Dina in the intake office, to Tatyana and Irina in Newton. Most especially, we want to thanks and acknowledge the care provided by Elena B. Our mother needed extensive support, and Elena was caring, competent, and sensitive. She is a special woman!
This was a difficult period for our mother, father, and whole family. Thank you for making it easier for us.
