I have worked with Senior Helpers Boston extensively during the past 8 years. They have always proven to be reliable, professional, and responsive. The staff is well trained , professional , courteous and kind . There is attention to detail when matching staff to clients, if a situation is not working well it is quickly remedied. I have always felt a high level of comfort and confidence working with them, and recommend them without question.

We worked with Senior Helpers to provide supplemental care to my mom nights while she was in residential rehab. When she first arrived, she needed a lot of extra care and we weren’t comfortable leaving her alone. Senior Helpers scheduled a home health aid immediately, the first night we reached out, and gave us a lot of information about rehab and care in general that no-one else gave us. They were patient with us, answered all our questions, were very flexible, and very communicative. They took care of everything, and in the flurry of frightening decisions we’ve had to make about our mom’s care, this was a godsend. Senior Helpers is an outstanding organization! My elderly mother lives with me, but since I work full-time and travel, I need help ensuring she is OK when I’m not at home. My schedule is crazy, but Senior Helpers has been able to provide consistently amazing care. Jackie is like a Mary Poppins! She takes my mother to doctors appointments and on errands, makes her meals, reminds her of her medication, does housework I don’t even think to ask about, and takes awesome care of my cat! It is such a huge relief knowing my mother and cat are being so well taken care of when I am away.
