I wanted to start exercising regularly, so I came in and talked to Brad, the owner, and he was so informative and kind and didn’t give the “gym bro” vibe that I dread at all.I started working out in the small group trainings that they offer and was astonished by how much I loved it!You do 50 minute session where you spend 9 minute on each station and this makes time fly by so fast and makes you stronger without you even noticing! I have been going here for about 2 years and as someone who has a hard time being self motivated to go to a regular gym, working with Danny has really helped me become more healthy and stronger. The workouts change each month but still get a full body workout each session. As the month goes on, each week is more challenging than the last and by the end of the month, we are getting a good and tough workout. Group size is small, with 3 being the most I've worked out with, and we each are going at our own customized plan with Danny. He is also helpful about sending home workouts or stretching to do on off days if you ask. Overall great spot and will continue to work out here.“
