We have an old pool on our property that was unused and neglected for more than twenty years. It actually had trees growing out of it. When we decided we wanted to renovate it and get it up and running again I called around to several pool contractors but most of them never even bothered to return my call. We worked with TJ Collins over the course of a year to completely overhaul our yard and make it more usable. We were very happy working with Terry and his team on the design process and installation. They helped us install new hardscaping which included a very long wall along the sidewalk, regraded the yard to create a more usable flat surface, and installed large perennials and trees as well as raised garden beds. They also helped us mitigate water flow. The results are beautiful!

I had my full foil with Denise and had a couple months of growth to cover. Being older now I prefer some undertones to calm down the blonde and Denise is an expert in color and cut. Very calming and welcoming atmosphere and professional staff.
Elza is a lovely person. She's also a great hairstylist! I have curly/wavy, thick hair. I have been searching for someone in the area who understands different hair types and how to cut my hair properly so it has volume and movement. It took me a couple years and some bad experiences, but I found the right hairstylist in Elza. I'm so happy I won't have to go to into Boston to get my hair cut now.She gets hair.
I got a haircut and blow dry with Precious, and she was AMAZING! She took time to listen to what I want, and did not rush me at all when I was telling her what I wanted. I have been getting my hair done with Sarah for over 20 years. I met her in high school and have stuck with her throughout the years as I cannot imagine letting someone else touch my hair. I will never forget the day I brought in photos of two video game characters and asked her if she could combine them. We had a good laugh and she executed it perfectly, so much so that it's the same haircut I get today. I went from hair down to my butt to a short asymmetrical bob. If you are looking for new hair stylist, I cannot recommend Sarah enough. You will not be disappointed.
Had an amazing experience with Melissa D today. So my dream hair is Debby Harry, blonde on top, brown below. She delivered! And of course I had to pink it up so we did a pink toner. I’ve been a client of Melissa’s for years and have followed here to her new home. Just because she’s new to the salon doesn’t mean she’s new to hair. She’s an old hair soul. Some things I love about being in her chair:
1. The talent and hard work. She’s got both in spades.
2. Her adaptability. This goes from me being so up in the air to what I want to do, to her being like “hey if you just want to be on your phone that’s cool.” No pressure to talk but I do love talking to her. She’s so freaking smart.
3. Not only is the color bomb but the cut is too! Get you a girl who can do both.
4. She rescues animals. Like, all the time.
5. I’m super neurodivergent and she gets it!!

I've been going to Priscilla, the owner, for 14 years, since I moved to the Needham area. Prior to that time, I always had trouble managing my hair. One side would always "whip" out in the wrong direction. Priscilla gives me such a good cut that styling takes almost no time, with no more misbehaving hair. After wearing a bob of various lengths, I ventured to a shorter, layered cut which I love. Beth has done my hair on a couple of occasions when Priscilla was unavailable, and I've always been pleased. Priscilla has given me excellent advice on coloring and highlights/lowlights as well as the great hairstyles. I highly recommend this salon!Service: Haircut

I would like to recommend Jenna at Sculpture Hair Studio. She is an experienced colorist who listens to your concerns and always does a fantastic job.
When I moved in with my fiancee three years ago, I needed to find new/local alternatives for many things, including a barber. After several failed attempts to find something that satisfied me, my fiancee suggested I come with her to her hair salon. I'm glad I did. She's been going to Salon Di Carlo for years. She observed that besides many female clients, the lone male hairdresser, Rick, had many male customers, too. I've been getting haircuts from Rick at Salon Di Carlo for 3+ years. He's a great conversationalist and, more importantly, gives me an excellent haircut every time. I have fine hair and a goatee. Over the years, I've heard, "Giving you a good haircut is tricky," numerous times. And I've had many bad haircuts as a result. Not so with Rick. He's a real pro. Salon Di Carlo is conveniently located in downtown Needham and has ample parking. The place is clean and neat, and all the employees I've encountered are great. Is it more expensive to get a men's haircut at a salon? Sure. But it's worth it when you get a great cut every time and like the person doing it.
Her studio is clean, beautiful, and relaxing! Great experience; and she has the cutest sweetest dog ever!
Elza is not only a magician with hair, but she's a great listener, too! Going to get my hair done is an amazing experience again, and not something I dread will take a wrong turn. Her angles are all right! My hair is healthy and exactly styled the way I like. My hair can be wavy/ curly and coarse depending on how it's managed, so if you are a curly girl, give Elza a try!

A big THANK YOU to Barbara who delivered excellent customer service to my husband. We renovated our bathroom back in 2019 and purchased most of the fixtures and fittings at Frank Webb in Needham. The Grohe faucet started to leak a few months ago. My husband called to see if there was anything they could do for him. Barbara pulled up our order and within 48 hours she had a replacement in the store for him to pick up. Nice to know that there is still excellent customer service still out there!!

Dr. Dolan has helped me for the past 4-5 years. Recently while traveling I experienced acute joint pain and limited range of motion forcing me to cancel my travel and return home for treatment. After 2 visits I experienced a dramatic decrease in my pain and an increase in my range of motion. I was miserable for 2 weeks before returning for adjustments from Dr. Dolan. With his care my quality of life is returning.I highly recommend Dr. Dolan!
Dr. Gensler is GIFT-ED. In 2008, I was out for months, unable to do anything to find my neck. His treatments were gentle but the recommendation he came with held my attention. It took until after our third session to receive in my body what he had begun with the non-force directional tenchinques. I had a full-body adjustment that happened when I was washing dishes that night - it was one of the most remarkable moments for my body in my life, and after I was finished, I could move in every direction, probably close to if not full range of motion and with zero pain. *HALELUJIA.* Dr Gensler, I believe, has a kind of intentional foresight that allows his light chiropractic *bonking* to set motion to a sequence of release that, like a codex, once applied to the locked mechanism, the only thing possible is an opening. His manner is the kindest and he quite literally saved me when no one else I tried could help me even a little. His is definitely unlike any chiropractic care I have received. I’m so glad I found his Google page here to write him a review!
Dr. Lizzie is a gem! She is warm, professional, and really cares about her patients. At the initial appointment, she asked lots of questions to fully understand my background. Her adjustments are very gentle, which is especially great for her pregnant and pediatric patients. I felt so relaxed and comfortable the whole time and felt really good the next day! I found this place because I had been going to the same Brookline vet group for 17 years and it has steadily been going downhill but I was loyal and don’t like change. When my dog became really sick - I had to find a place that was organized, calm & competent to try and save my dogs life. Ultimately, lily passed away but the wonderful care she received & the kindness that was shown to me was like night and day compared to my previous vet. I can’t believe I waited so long to switch to a different vet / practice. Thank you chestnut hill for doing everything you could for Lilly & I. The receptionist/administrator, vet techs & veterinarians were so nice to us during a very sad and stressful time.
Our nervous and anxious dog has always had a hard time going to the vet, but we’ve finally found a place that is able to treat him without him experiencing a panic attack. What they are doing works wonders!
In terms of pricing, it is reasonable, I appreciate the treatment and prices so much so to drive out of my way +35 without traffic.

I love this studio and am reluctant to post such a great review cause it’s awesome having private or nearly private classes! Joking…more people need to try this lovely studio out for themselves. There are a solid number and breadth of quality yoga and meditation classes. The space is large, clean and inviting. There are sufficient props, water etc. this is my studio when I’m in town and I hope others come check it out!
This is a great studio but one thing that keeps me from coming more often is that it is only hot yoga. I wish there was at least some normal or lower temperature classes offered here. I don't always do well with a 90+ degree heat combined with the strenuous flow. I love the teachers and the challenging flows though - the best studio in the surrounding area! Please consider a "warm" or normal classes. Thank you!

I chose the Lomi lomi massage as it was a new type of massage to me and I was drawn to the fact that it is a mind/body massage, focusing on your body’s entire energy and connection rather than a deep tissue massage.
Edward has set up his website and scheduling process so that new clients get as much detailed information on what a lomi lomi massage is and how it is a different experience than other types of massages. I was impressed by the amount of time he spent ensuring that this was the right type of massage for me. He’s a great listener as well.
As for the massage, it was amazing; it felt like a cross between hula dance and the being among the waves of the ocean. I was able to quiet my mind and my body felt rebalanced afterwards. Even a day later, my body feels less tense and there's a sense of lightness to my muscles (less tension in areas like my neck). I'm already looking forward to my next massage.
OK, that's twice that Dr. Leah has helped me with ailments, her no nonsense. Laid-back approach is fabulous, I feel so comfortable in her office and she never hurts me. Also great at fitting being into appointments at the last minute. I'm so grateful!
