I underwent treatment in Bay State Physical Therapy office in Needham. My PT was Chinmayee Bedekar. She is a very knowledgeable therapist. During my treatment she explained and showed me exercises to improve my movements. She urged me to do more at home and she was very patient with me. I found the time in the office very helpful and I started to feel much better. All of the office personnel was very kind. The receptionist Rimma was always very responsive to my needs to reschedule appointments.I would definitely recommend Bay State Physical Therapy in Needham and especially Chinmayee for treatment.

I have used Baystate in Needham for two different injuries and have been so impressed with the team's ability to help me recover. Easy parking and responsive scheduling made the process especially efficient. Clean, well lit facility.
