“We needed new windows and a slider - sounds simple but no! They needed to match the color and design of an old condo building. We tried a couple of local companies but because these will be special order it was going to take 8-12 weeks, and we were hoping for a quicker resolution. Enter the Melrose Farmers Market - one of the vendors was A&A Services - they replace roofing, siding, and windows. Sean Luddy the sales manager came out, measured, and made suggestions. The turnaround time was 3 weeks. The windows and door were on time. The installers were professional, cleaned up, and did a great job. It was not the cheapest but seamless and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend A& S Services.“

“Len Gibely Contracting installed gutters in December 2018, and in early 2024 i experienced a difficulty with one major gutter in front of my house not having the right pitch for draining. I emailed Deb from the main office and and received a reply to contact her. After a few days passed , Deb called me following up with my concern . . .this is impressive most company will wait for the call. Although marginal on the warranty, Len Gibely Contracting removed and reinstalled the existing gutter correcting the pitch, and also made some adjustments to another piece in the back of my house to improve drainage. Great job and a no nonce company doing good business and caring about customer . . . 100 %“

“I had 4 projects in July-August 2024, it was for repairs on plastering and painting for water damaged ceilings inside my house. Carpentry repairs on the outside of the house and a complete painting of the house. I also had my outside deck completely replaced with new decking and composite railings. “JP converted a half-bath of mine, into a full bath (shower) and made the use of the space so much better, that the bathroom actually feels bigger. Everything had to be moved and a window have to be removed. You would never know that window was ever there: the cedar shingles on the outside match perfectly! He kept to the time schedule he gave me, right from day one. His recommendations for flooring and fixtures was spot-on. He was always pleasant. And the work was the highest quality. The bathroom is one that I'm very proud of. I was so happy with the work done by JP, that I had him do additional work: removing a through-the-wall air conditioner, replacing missing trim in a bedroom (matching the old trim which is not made any more), and dry-wall plastering in my dining room.
