Not having heat for almost a month in the middle of winter, She got me right on the schedule and Todd H came out the next day. He completed his checks, took the time to explain it to me and show me where things went wrong. Came up with a couple options and laid out a game plan on the spot. Will be seeing him within the week to have a new unit installed. Completely knowledgable and just secured me as a customer for anything Hvac related. “Our regular plumber was not available, and after countless calls to folks that do emergency services on the weekends, Bill was the only one that answered and was actually available immediately. Our garbage disposal was clogged by a caterer after hosting an event at our home, and we were unable to do any dishes because the clog was so backed up. Bill spent a couple of hours Saturday night into well passed 10pm, and needed to come back the next day with more parts, and stayed till about 430pm on Sunday draining, and replacing pipes. If it wasn’t for him, our home would still be a disaster today. We’re so thankful he was able to resolve the issue.“
