We had new furniture delivered this morning and to our surprise there was a mouse inside one of the couches (probably hibernating inside one of the boxes). We called Ed and he promptly arrived within one hour to take care of the issue. Highly recommended.

I am still amazed after getting my hair done by Raymond this week! He was extremely professional, friendly, informative about the cost & overall well executed my hair transformation. I went in as an over-toned blonde processing it at home for about 3 years & had decided I desperately needed the change with it just not growing and the health of it had become bleh. He totally listened to everything I said and understood exactly what I had photo referenced of what I was looking to do with my hair, he was very reassuring every step of the process. When that chair spun to finally view myself in the mirror, I nearly didn’t recognize myself, it was gorgeously toned/styled to perfection. (Literal mouth drop moment) like Omg, I absolutely love it!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist in such a luxurious salon with very friendly owner and staff, I will continue to book my appointments with him! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a salon.

One of the most professional teams I have worked with in a long time. From first call, during a snow storm, Cynthia took my call and listened to what was going on. Not having heat for almost a month in the middle of winter, She got me right on the schedule and Todd H came out the next day. He completed his checks, took the time to explain it to me and show me where things went wrong. Came up with a couple options and laid out a game plan on the spot. Will be seeing him within the week to have a new unit installed. Completely knowledgable and just secured me as a customer for anything Hvac related. I really appreciate this team and for anyone looking for any new installs, repairs, heat or cool. Call these guys and ask for Todd. Highly Recommend!
Our regular plumber was not available, and after countless calls to folks that do emergency services on the weekends, Bill was the only one that answered and was actually available immediately. Our garbage disposal was clogged by a caterer after hosting an event at our home, and we were unable to do any dishes because the clog was so backed up. Bill spent a couple of hours Saturday night into well passed 10pm, and needed to come back the next day with more parts, and stayed till about 430pm on Sunday draining, and replacing pipes. If it wasn’t for him, our home would still be a disaster today. We’re so thankful he was able to resolve the issue.
Ken helped us out in a bind when our hot water heater died on the weekend. As expected, most other plumbing services couldn't make it out for several days. That's a no go when you have two kids in the house. Ken came out the next day, quickly replaced the hot water heater and charged a reasonable price.
We'll be calling him again for future plumbing work.

We had called JEP Contracting when we had noticed some rotting wood around our french doors in our dining room. We really were just planning on replacing the doors but due to the deck being built incorrectly and not a step down from the door frames, they had suggested bringing the deck down to the appropriate level. And we weren’t sure how much damage there was to the wood etc. We have a very large deck, wood. We decided to bite the bullet and demo the entire deck and replace w composite. I had originally planned to replace my french doors w a slider and two window panels but in the middle of the project I changed my mind and decided on a double slider, which meant we needed a large beam to hold up the second level. We also needed to redo our pantry closet which was a door to nowhere. From the start of the project, where Patrick had designed the deck and door and pantry, to the completion, everything was so smooth. Patrick was there everyday for any questions and updates and to make sure everything was running smoothly. Ryan, who is Patrick’s right hand man, was always there and did anything and everything you needed. Along w the double slider, things changed w the pantry also and had a custom made pantry closet. It was not a big deal at all for the changes. Only thing we had to wait for was the door from Anderson but sometimes stuff happens! Overall, the experience was amazing. If I had any concerns, they were addressed and I had no problems! Everything was done beautifully and I couldn’t be happier w my new doors (the dining room was also freshly painted, and half the hardwood replaced and sanded/stained), my pantry closet and my gorgeous deck! I would call JEP contracting back for any larger project I needed going forward. I would also recommend to anyone looking to remodel! Showing some before and afters.

Jamie Frey was excellent to work with, and came in on both his estimates and timetables. Not only doing "what we asked", he often pointed out things we had missed or just did things that needed to be done without a lot of fanfare. Jay and his crew just completed a job and I couldn't be happier. His quote was fair, his team worked quickly and did exactly what we agreed on. His written estimate was detailed and included photos. They trimmed trees and bushes, removed a sick tree, and cleaned up nicely. Jay is knowledgeable and professional and it's so nice to have an arborist to advise us on how to take proper care of our trees. I highly recommend Jay.

Crowbar, Freeway and Stewie (fyi...she chose the name Stewie) are my 3 kitty boys and honestly...no joke...they love her and they all see her at the same time... lol! A couple more bonuses...she calms my nerves because they are my life. Dr. Vicki knows that I will do anything for them and she never has taken advantage of that. I have never walked out with sticker shock! She is a wonderful vet that cares for her "families". A true St. Francis...
The staff at riverlin has been excellent especially considering how me and my family had to put our 15-year-old dog down. They were accommodating throughout the whole process and even let us bring our 2-year-old Pitbull Rottweiler in to say goodbye to his brother as well. It was very nice to be there as a whole family to put down a beloved member of our family. I have put down dogs in the past with other facilities and it has been cold and not receptive. When the staff is crying with you because they have such investment in the animal is you. It touches your soul and makes them part of your family as well. Thank you again everybody for everything you've done for us and we will definitely be bringing all our dogs the future to Riverlin.
