“Great salon - have received gel dip by multiple techs over the months and have been happy by the results. Similar to a few other reviews, one of the guys there made a few of my fingers bleed, but I only got him once and if it happens again, I'll just start to request another nail tech when I book an appt. I do think they need a receptionist because it does get very disruptive when they're busy and the one guy who usually answers the phone has to continuously pause his service to answer the phones. Also, to Love Luxe below - I was there during your freak out. They were trying to fix whatever you were complaining about and you just kept being crazy. Two different people literally wanted to fix your "issues" but you wouldn't let them.“
