“I must admit I’ve gone to this place on several occasions to do my eyebrows but never got my nails done there because usually the techs are busy so I go elsewhere. Today was the first day I did my nails there dip manicure and I’m blown away! Their technique is so much more cleaner neater than other places. She provided me with the contact to the professional who did her nails. Contacted Josiene and she was easy to book with, on the day of my visit she was on time. Made to the location (quiet residential area w. easy Off street parking. Her studio is under renovations as she told me she must switched places... clean and comfortable. Upon starting the process Josie offered me a drink (water, coffe or tea), I chose coffe and the magic began. Fiber glass nails full set takes a while (2-3hrs) but the results are mesmerizing. “Very upset! I had been here 3 occasions previously, and the results were fine. Today was very different. I was rushed, and the cut I now have is not at all what I asked for. I had long hair and wanted to just clean up the ends, keeping it long. Instead, I have about 6 inches less length! It's quite upsetting! And to make matters worse, it's not even or straight. She didn't even check! I actually paid a higher premium for a senior stylist. I want to cry. $100 gone but missing the hair more.Update!! The manager contacted me and offered another visit with a stylist. The appointment went amazingly and I am extremely happy.
