“I had several plumbing issues and wanted to find someone other than who I have been using due to outrageous pricing and service that was slipping. After some research, I decided to give Absolute a call. They appeared to be very busy because it took them a little while to call back. I told them about my most pressing problem which was a water leak that I was having a major problem locating it in a house that I rent out and they told me that it would take a week to look at it. That was disappointing. However, I told them of about my garbage disposal leaking water and a problem with our shower that also seemed to have a leak when used a lot. They had a person available for these issues and had someone come in two days. I booked it. The plumber came and was great. Professional, friendly, explained the problems in detail and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I told him to go ahead with the job. He was quick and efficient. The experience was great and my wife and I decided to put them on the list the next time we have a plumbing issue.“

“Boiler broke on very cold and windy day. Called Mark and explained the problem. He showed up the next day with the right part and fixed us up by lunchtime. Shared some useful boiler knowledge then cleaned up bid us farewell. The house was soon nice and toasty. Great service. Great person to do business with.“

“Frank was very busy when I ran into problems with my shower. Water temp was way too hot and could not control temp, so I called for an appt. I was answered by the very capable and efficient Kara, who helped me get an expedited service call, and Frank was there as promised with the needed part and took care of us quickly, and even had to run out for a part that was failing and returned in minutes and got us back on line. “We had two crises in the same week - heat stopped working and sump pump failed. Heat went out first - I called them as a first-time customer and they came right away. I called a lot of other local places that morning and none of them were able to fit me in the same day, meaning we would have been without heat overnight during a noreaster, but John was flexible and responsive - and was able to accommodate our busy work schedules that day on top of it. He also alerted us to issues we were not aware of - like a leak in our water tank and boiler, and made time to come back to fix/replace them. A few days later our sump pump failed. He came right back out and replaced all the parts and even re-arranged the pipes to be more efficient in draining. It was a very stressful week to say the least but John and Connor were very responsive, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend hiring them. Prices were fair and upfront.“

“Tavio and his crew are troubleshooting experts when it comes to drains. He came out, and checked on a stoppage my fiancé and I were experiencing in our bathroom sink. Since our pipes are old he started with the least aggressive technique (air compression). When that didn’t work he called his crew mate Dave who had the rooter van, which worked without any issue.
