“I contacted NMTI to have my roof replaced to prepare for solar panel installation. Ramon came out initially to discuss any issues I had and to evaluate the roof structure. He addressed the issues I saw and recommended metal valleys. He also recommended altering the front of the roof since I don’t have fascia boards or soffits to prevent water from seeping behind the siding. Which was one of my concerns. I emailed Deb from the main office and and received a reply to contact her. Although marginal on the warranty, Len Gibely Contracting removed and reinstalled the existing gutter correcting the pitch, and also made some adjustments to another piece in the back of my house to improve drainage.
