“I have been to a lot of F45s in the Boston Area to do the 7 for 7 deal where you can pay 7 bucks for 1 week. I highly enjoy this work out and this studio. The crew that comes here is pretty hard core and they have a wide offering of classes- as early as 5am (!) for the first class of the day. I loved their music, too (straight hip hop generally and no techno like other F45 locations). The parking situation is pretty good and there is a really good nail salon right next door for those wanting to hit a gel mani right after the class. I was highly impressed with the motivation and instruction this class gave me. I had a baby within the year and after 7 straight days of this class I felt like I legit dropped the 10 pounds I had left to lose. This is the perfect work out for mothers - 45 mins in and out and Saturday you can treat yo'self to that 60 min work out. I am attaching a pic here- I've gotten more and more fit the more I go. I did have to join the Somerville Location b/c it was closer to where I live in Cambridge, but I really loved the Medford spot. If not for the traffic I prob would have joined here.“

“You know you found the right place when you actually enjoy going! We joined back in December 2022 and this is the longest I’ve stuck with a fitness program! Everyone at FINE is so helpful, supportive and are just great people you enjoy seeing regularly. I’ve been training with coach Matt twice a week from the beginning and I’ve learned so much and feel stronger and more confident than I ever have! Learning proper form and lifting weights is actually really fun ? Matt is so knowledgeable and has been a great sounding board (and I ask A LOT of questions haha) talking through food choices and eating habits and also super supportive through my rough respiratory illness and small surgery when I was really frustrated, adjustments were made when needed and just kept going in a safe way which I appreciate so much!“

“I have nothing but compliments to this gym. Great staff, great equipments, clean and great guests as well. I would absolutely recommend this gym. However, the only reason I refrained from giving a 5 star review is because their cancelation policy is a little confusing.
Unfortunately I had to cancel due to moving out and also since I've been using the gym at my job more often. The cancelation policy states that it requires a 45 days notice with a prorated fee. Also, a buy-out fee applies during the first 12 months. Members will be responsible for payment of the annual fee if a cancellation is requested on or after the 15th of the month preceding the annual fee billing date. All this sounds very confusing, and to me it seems like you are bound to pay a fee regardless of when you choose to cancel. In my case I was charged my regular monthly fee, my yearly renewal fee as well as the prorated fee all on the same day as my cancellation.“
