“I bought a new refrigerator and the men installing it ripped the rear door and frame right off the house. I called a few contractors and Carlos estimates $200 cheaper than the others. They arrived on time, fixed the door and frame in a few hours. Thanks to you and your workers, my. door works even better than it did.
Recently a storm blew a few shingles off the roof of the house. I'm 88, and wasn't going to get on the roof to fix it. I called contractors they said the job was too small for them. When I called Alcantara Construction he said he was doing a job in the area and would stop by and look at it. Before I knew it him and his workers had a ladder on the roof, fixed it, and left. I never received a bill. Thank you so much!!! I will recommend you and your workers to anyone.

“We called Thor Construction from a recommendation. Our roof had sprung a leak in a bad storm and Bill from Thor came out within an hour of my calling. He inspected it and told me the back, dormered portion needed to be redone. The rest of the roof had a good 4 or 5 years left, he said. He recommended rigid insulation, adding ventilation that was non-existent, and going with a rubber membrane.They did the work within a weeks time as promised and in one day! We checked out the roof ourselves and everything looked immaculate. They flashed the chimney up about 6 inches, and added all vents as promised. There was no damage or debris left behind either. The quote they gave was right on as well.Bill even did a drive by the next day to check it out--the only way I knew is that he called to say there was a piece of roofing that slipped onto the front of the roof that they had missed. He said he'd come by in a day with a ladder to get it down. Good follow up too.I'd definitely recommend them, and definitely use them again!“

“Working with Donald and his team was great!We bought a house at the peak of the covid housing market (July '21) and did a small addition as well as gut renovated our Kitchen. When we had issues getting contractors to come out and quote we knew the timing of our project wasn't going to be ideal and feared the worst. Then we met Donald... thank god. He was reliable, easy to communicate with, and reasonably priced. Many things during covid got delayed (windows, hardware, etc. on back order) but whenever an item came in or a subcontractor finished his work Donald's team was ready the next day helping move the project along. You won't go wrong getting to work with him. What showed me the level of commitment and care he had was when he install a pocket door. I had purchased the door... he could have left after 2 hours with a result of "The door fits... but doesn't slide that well in the pocket because of some factory defects of your door...." became Donald spending 8 hours to help plane the door down and widen the pocket/wall (repainting the wall a second time) so that he left with it being " Perfect, it slides effortlessly in and out as it should". Like a homeowner, he wants to go to sleep knowing he finished every project at 110%.“
