“Awesome work on improving my quality of life. I used to suffer chronic lower back pain but not anymore!“
“Amanda has been absolutely fantastic in helping me rehab from a brutally broken and dislocated ankle. Unlike some other PTs I have dealt with, Amanda does not use a playbook approach. She evaluated my condition, talked with me about my pain and work tolerances and my near term ambitions, and crafted an approach tailored to me. She adjusts that approach at each appointment, ensuring that I continue to make progress. She clearly knows her stuff, and regularly offers suggestions and gentle pushes that move my recovery forward. I’m currently biking and jogging way ahead of the timeline I thought I was dealing with, and expect to be running for real in short order. I wish there were more than five stars available.“
“This is the second time, I have hired Carla for an event and my clients were blown away. Not only is the Aura Photography fascinating, her staff goes above and beyond to create a memorable experience. I can't wait to use them again for another event. Highly recommend!“

“LOVELY. Absolutely a lovely, beautiful class and a lovely instructor. Today's Restoration and South Bath workshop was an amazing experience, relaxing through and through to the core, and I would wholeheartedly suggest taking a class with Rachel. I hope she'll be teaching at OTM this summer!!!Hips and Hamstrings classes on Friday's at Noon with Ori Kilner. Ori is an amazing instructor! Her classes have a combination of physical, mental and spiritual aspects that realign and relax your body, mind and soul. Always such a blessing to be able to attend Ori's classes at OTM.“
“I started getting back into yoga about a year ago. The folks at Revolution are welcoming, supporting, and encouraging for any level. It's been a wonderful experience trying their various class types and workshops over the past several months, and I look forward to my class each week. The restorative classes with Wendy are my favorites, as well as the Yoga for Hips and Shoulders class with Valerie and the myofascial rolling classes with Jen. Highly recommend!“
“Mystic Fitness studio is such a beautiful welcoming place. Amy has curated a warm and inviting community for yogis of all levels. I was just starting my yoga journey when I found Mystic. Through regular practice there, my practice grew and evolved. Yoga is now an integral part of my self care and I credit a big part of that to Amy and all the teachers at Mystic. Mystic will provide a good work out but will also feed your soul. I unfortunately do not live in the area anymore but I think about my Mystic family often! Cannot recommend this studio enough.“
“COVID-19 has definitely impacted the therapeutic massage schedule that is needed for ideal wellness. The Gentle Place is open now (yay!)! I've always been 100% confident with the safe standards Donna and her team use. Now they've implemented precautions specific for SARS-CoV-2 and actually go above and beyond these for safety. The "extra steps" don't impact the therapy of massage and give me peace of mind during this challenging time. Always setting the standard!THANK YOU GENTLE PLACE!!!“
“Anyone looking for a Certified Massage Therapist, please do yourself a favor and call Jenny. She will read your body like a book and then apply the correct amount of pressure and technique to loosen knotted muscles and relieve stress. I always leave feeling 100% better than when I arrive.JD“
“I haven’t been able to go as much as I’d like but I do love coming to Inflyte! Their beginners sling classes are a great in between silks and aerial hoop and Aya is a wonderful teacher. I’m looking forward to coming back. They have nice high ceilings for harder training. <3“
“Between the Soundbath meditation and the massage, location is key, great staff! Happy people come in and even happier when leaving!“
“The Durga Studio’s new location, 25B Stow Road in Boxborough, MA, is gorgeous! The quirky antique home surrounded by a sweet little pond, bird song, and trees, has a sunlight filled studio with beautiful woodwork and wide pine floors. The owner, Jen Sundeen, is a wonderful wholehearted yoga/meditation teacher and healer who’s gift for storytelling, gathering community, celebrating the divine feminine, Mother Earth and beauty is so needed. I cannot recommend her classes enough! Swaha!“
“I had a lovely massage and we'll definitely be back. Great space, relaxing location, awesome staff. I definitely recommend them!“
“I have been a member for a little over a year and I had no idea the lack of guidance and support at another studio! Janine’s passion and commitment has helped me with my practice and in many other ways. I am so grateful that I found an incredible community. Thanks Janine!“
“I tried Earthsong Yoga for the first time last night, and I LOVED it. The place is down to earth, and the practice warm and joyful. It doesn't have the stuffy, "cool girl" vibe that some studios can have. Instead, it feels like you're doing yoga with old friends. Give it a try if you're in the Marlborough area! Great Ashtanga led primary series practice (as someone who has been practicing Ashtanga for more than 15yr and has had roughly 6 teachers previously). Street parking, but easy to find right in front of the building.“
“After an unfortunate fall on black ice herniating 3 cervical discs, it took 4 months of daily PT(which continues to this day) along with 5 cortisone shots to get the severe arm/neck pain under control. However, pressure on the upper neck area and pins & needles continued with most movements of the arm. It was then I sought the help of a chiropractor 3X a week for at least a couple of months. Unfortunately, this did not help my particular problem. I then tried acupuncture with Brynn, and after 9 weekly treatments, the pins & needles are down to a slight tingling sensation only when exercising. A huge difference from what it had been! I know I need to be cautious in not moving abruptly with this condition because once the discs are out, they are out...and I can feel something is not completely normal, however, it is more pressure than pain.“
“Love how Ann concentrates on strength poses as well as balance poses in addition to stretch poses. She really explains each position and the areas of the body that is benefitting from them. I'm so happy she's close by. Studio is warm and relaxing.“
“My friend has been doing Yoga at the Sacks Associates Yoga Studio for a month and he has lost over 20 lbs. His attitude has totally turned around and he has a great time. For $10 a session it is a good deal.“
“I have been seeing Holly for many years, from when she ran Chelmsford Wellness Center in several locations to now in Westford with Tranquility Wellness Center (which is a beautiful, restful space), She is the best massage therapist I have worked with -- she really takes the time to diagnose how your body is on each visit and she targets her techniques to how you are on that day, I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I love the online booking tool, makes it so easy for me to jump on and make an appt, whether it's last minute or weeks out. And Holly is very flexible if I need an early morning appt to accommodate a busy weekend. During the holidays they run great online specials. Holly and the Chelmsford Wellness Center -- I can't them recommend them highly enough!“
“Marlborough Yoga is an excellent place for anyone who has ever wanted to try yoga for the first time or if you are looking to get back into a regular yoga practice again. Marlborough Yoga was established in 2008 by Caroline Kutil and Sandy Courtney King. The studio is conveniently located near the heart of downtown Marlborough in Maple Crossing at 19 Maple Street. Caroline and Sandy's mission is to educate and empower individuals' physical, mental and spiritual health and well-being. IT small, clean, quiet, comforting and the absolute perfect place for contemplation and meditation. The focus is on Svaroopa yoga which is a very gentle practice that garners powerful results. This type of yoga is perfect for anyone with any kind of back trouble or chronic aches and pains. It is gentle yet healing and all the instructors are deeply focused on helping their students in a comfortable and peaceful environment.“
“I just completed a beginner yoga series with Samantha and it was excellent! She effortlessly covered a lot of beginner positions and information in her relaxed and easy going manner! I highly recommend her!“
“Erin is an excellent yoga teacher and is sensitive to the needs of her students of varied ages and abilities. Erin's knowledge and experience shine through in every aspect of her classes. I really appreciate Erin's patience and acceptance. Erin's classes have helped me to feel healthier and happier.“
“As a long time practitioner of Yoga who has studied with literally hundreds of instructors, I can say without reservation that John is a rare and wonderful gift to the yoga world. With a strong and deep background in the physical, spiritual and philisophical aspects of yoga, John truly embodies the essence of this age old practice. Unlike many classes these days where the emphasis is on performance, John's classes enable to you to slow down and retreat into a deeper and more meaningful practice under the guidance of one who has embodied the true essence of the practice. Highly recommend.“
“Core Movement exercise is the best. Recommended by a bone Dr. For hardening of the bones.“
